Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My Thoughts:

Aza Holmes, as long as she remember consider herself a crazy person. She is always lost in her own thoughts. There is always chaos inside her head like how there are millions of bacteria who reside her. And how she always fears of getting bacterial infection and die because of it.

She also skipping her medicines which may worsening her condition. But she is trying to live her high school life normally with her best friend Daisy.

But one day, the news of disappearance of millionaire business man Mr. Pricket who is accused of fraud caught their attention. There is reward for finding the whereabouts of this business man. Coincidentally, his eldest son Davis was happened to be the friend of Aza when they were children. So Aza and Daisy planned to find out about the Mr. Pricket and claim the reward money.

For that purpose, Aza has to befriend Davis again and betray him for the piece of money. This book follow how this turn of events which change her perspective of life and she finally accept her condition and her path to recovery.

I love this book and John Green. His book are always magical to read. And it always thrill me to know something new while reading a good book. Aza suffers from obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorder which was completely new for me. It gave me new perspective of mental illness. This book was not only entertaining but filled with great knowledge of different things like Aza's mental condition and different names of stars. I would recommend this coming of age book to everyone specially teenagers.

And this book has so many good quotes. I have selected some good one to share with you!

"Life is a series of choices between wonders."

"When you lose someone, you realize you’ll eventually lose everyone."

"True terror isn’t being scared; it’s not having a choice in the matter."
